Hello, we cannot say enough about European Custom Hardwood Floors & Fine Carpentry...well...about Tibor! TIBOR TIBOR TIBOR!!! A true professional, an artisan who loves his craft and a true gentleman. We have original floors from 1947 that were in need of some repairs and an overhaul. Tibor obtained the red oak flooring that needed to be replaced (about 2% of the total area) and when he brought it over I said...you can plop it in the garage until you come over the following week. Oh no...that is not the Tibor way! He meticulously and strategically placed the wood inside the work area so it would receive sunlight and acclimate to the surroundings. We knew then we were in good hands. We have done a lot of work on this home in the past five years and have a plethora of experience with various contractors in multiple disciplines. None of them compares to the professionalism of Tibor. Punctual, polite (almost too much so!), always engaged and keeping in contact with updates while explaining his work and the process. We learned a lot! And he loved our pups and vice versa...always the benchmark we use with vendors...pups are never wrong about such matters!
